I was at Autopage a few weeks ago to inquire how I have to go about activating my roaming. This guy told me all I have to do is sms "Roam on" to 123. I tried this but it doesn't work. Then I checked out the website & there they say you have to let them know 2 weeks in advance. Since I'm leaving tomorrow, this is not an option. I phoned the helpline & the lady on the other side has no clue, she is just reading from a paper.
This is one of countless problems me & my family have had with Autopage. Can't wait for my contract to finish so I can get rid of these people. Worst customer service EVER!
