I hate to do this, but I just have to complain. I have been a loyal Nashua Mobile customer for the past two years now. I have a laptop and two cell phone contracts with you guys, however I am not pleased with the upgrade I have just been given.
First, let me say that the service I have been getting from Nashua over the last two years have been quite impeccable! I have not had much problems or disappointments- until now.
There was a New guy at Nashua that was assisting me during my upgrade. I was not told that I would have an open contract. I was told that I would get my "once off airtime of R100 and thereafter would not be able to load more airtime." I was quite content with that and did not dispute it. I went today to check up on my account, as I do always and was shocked when I was told that my account is standing at around R2000!!! This is unacceptable!!! I was NEVER informed that my contract was an OPEN LINE!! How on earth do you expect me to pay for this??? I cannot afford this and I refuse to pay it as to start of with, I was not informed of this!
