My Refund!!!

Look this is ridiculous... you guys are so quick to ask for your money when we dont pay but when it comes time to refund then nobody knows what the to do.. i have been pushed from pillar to post about my refund for 2 months now... what might seem like a lousy R200 to you makes a world of difference in other peoples lives...
I have settled my account on the 19th April, my debit order was going off on the 20th and it still went off after the account was settled.. i have been calling and calling and everytime they say it will get done, the last message i received on the 23 May 2013 stating that the refund will be passed in 5-7 working days Letchie Ajoodha, look at what is the date now man for sake!!!
and you wont fine this number on your system because i ported it from your network to MTN .. so go on the account history and give me my money!! and dont even ask me for banking details because i sent that 3 times already before someone could say they received it...
