Our ADSL / Internet line has been out of action since the 12th July 2013. Reported the first fault on the 13th July and phone at least 3 times a day to find out the status and no Technician has been assigned to the fault.. On the 18th July 2013 phoned again and the fault was resolved. No Technician came to us. We opened another reference no. and phone again 3 times a day and no Technician has been assigned. To date we have had no internet and no Technician. We paying for a service every month to Telkom. This service is just unacceptable.
