I upgraded with Mtn in Germiston and on the 13th of April 2013 and after few three days discovered that the handset 's battery is faulty since it was still under the OBF i returned it to the store for replacement. To my disguises the store manager promised me to get the new handset within three days but failed to honour the promise until i decided to reverse the upgrade, but the refuse to cancel it. I contact MTN head offices still no help until now but are deducting the money every month.
