Telkom sent me a message stating that our ADSL line was active, and after days of fighting with consultants they despatched a technician whom arrived 2days later. I was kept up to date as to what was happening, I constantly had to call to find out what was happening and to my surprise I got no info. When the technician arrived he had a bad attitude stating that it looks like the consultants didn't log the request for an ADSL linat Telkom central. I don't know when this problem will be sorted.
