CONTRACT NOT PROPERLY ACTIVATED: UNABLE TO BBM

I recently upgraded on the above number. This upgraded is useless- I can't send and received BBM and WhatApp messages.

I phoned the call centre now and spoke to 4 consultants who could not assist me.

This is the reason why I cancelled all my previous contracts with Cell C, NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION FROM THEM
