Poor service

I took my blackberry in for repairs on the 12/10/2013 I had to keep visiting the store for a quote after accepting the quote on the 8/11/2013 the waiting started I was told it would take two weeks for repairs, I kept popping in ever saturday only to be told still waiting for spares. On the 9/12/2013 the store manager said I could collect my cell at no charge as it is not repaired, I went to collect cell on the 24/12/2013 quess what no cell phone it is now the 28/12/2013 and still waiting for my cell. The next step is to open a case of against the shop.
