Hi All
I am utterly disgusted and disappointed in Cell C lack of service, lack of empathy and empty promises. I bought a Cell C voucher for a contract phone. I phoned them twice to complian about the pin not working. They got me to switch my phone on/off again and again to see if voucher worked. I phoned a THIRD time to only to be informed that they could not help me as the contract is not on my name!!! I wasted me time and energy, not to mention my money as I still dont have any freaking airtime.
I would like to know if there 'staff" gets the same training or not??? Cause it seems each one has their own ideas as to how a customer must be helped
PLEASE SA lets stop accepting bad service and rips offs!!!
