I receive an itemised billing from Vodacom whom I have a contract with, 2 months ago prior to this i had put a limit on the account for R350, this month my itemised billing states R514. I call the call centre to find out why and so I said to the lady I will not pay the excess balance on that billing as 2 months ago the person had put a limit on my account, the lady at the call centre states " you can do whatever you are thinking, Im not interested". and hangs up the call. This absolutely pathetic service from Vodacom if this is the case start training up your staff before putting them on the floor, it gives Vodacom a bad name. I will never recommend you guys to anybody anymore.
