Upgraded my contract 8 May and was told that i would receive my phone the next week - Sent emails - Phoned Call Centre - No-one can give me any feedback on what happened to my new phone (was invoiced on 14 May already). Now no-one answers my mails. Empty promises. Can someone please just let me know what happened to my phone, or at least reply via mail what is going on. Where do i need to go to get help? Please assist
