Im with mtn for over 15 to 18 years now and all i ever get is problem its time i really change
i took out a contract a year ago and 3 days of having the phone i picked up that this phone just goes blank
so i took it back to the mtn in the boulders and explained to them this but they refused to replace the phone
even though they say on there terms and conditions that it will be replaced if i have a problem within 3 days
they wanted to send the phone to the repair centre which i found annoying cause me being the customer
who spent 3 days with the phone is telling them there is something wrong they refused to listen. i was so of that i left the shop and put this complain on hello peter around the 9th month last year. i only got a call saying i must bring it in and the same thing was said they need to send it in. which i wasnt going to do.
now after a year this problem off the phone going blank is happening every hour so i took it myself to the repair centre and today they tell me something is missing from the chip and warranty isnt covering LIKE FOR REAL HOW WOULD SOMETHING MISS FROM INSIDE THE PHONE WHAT RUBBISH SERVICE MTN GIVES NOW THEY EXPECT ME TO PAY 2500
