My contract was upgraded in Feb 2013.
Since then the phone has been replaced 3 times.
Sim replaced and micro SD card also replaced.
Same problem persisted - Phone just freezes.
Went back to Brooklyn Mtn, Data specialist checked etc.
Samsung Galaxy Note II
Spoken to 808 nr, repair centre, retention dept. All just sending me around.

I need this phone replaced with something else or contract ended.
How do I get this sorted out?
