Never again, did only do bare mininum

Hi took my Note 2 in on Sunday the 7 July 2013 and got it back today 18 July 2013 . to find out that they (vodacom) did not do what was asked. I took my phone in for my screen that was cracked, covers that was damage and because my phone freezes and restart the whole time. I got my phone back today my S-Pen was gone, they don't know where it is, that's steeling . my covers is still damage and my phone still freezes and restart so what did they do for the whole time. This is unacceptable!!! I send over R2000 a month by them and this is the service i get. What can i do? Maybe change Networks!!!
