I received my S4 on the 09/07/2013 from Mtn on contract, and uses it for work. It starting to give me LOADS OF PROBLEMS, battery is swollen, it freezes, shuts of restarts on 0% battery, can't do anything on the phone then it switches off, cant even put my memory card back in then it freezes, most of the time it freezes in such a way that i have i have to remove the battery, and because of that i have to remove it from its protective cover. Doing it so many times, on the 25/11/13 it fell out my hand taking it out of its cover and the screen cracked. So how we going to work on this??? I've read up on numerous complains about the batteries, and Samsung replaces it free of charge, but I want my phone replaced. I'm working in Kuruman, Northern Cape, not close to any Samsung Store. Please make arrangements with my Service Provider in town to replace the phone ASAP. Because i can't go through a working day with the phone, and it shuts off during work related phone calls, which my work already gave me warning on this week. Communication is essential in the Mining Industry. Please sort this out. Thank You
