For the last few weeks I am unable to connect to the network using my MTN 3G card. I have 4 data contracts with MTN and my whole family is impacted by the network issues. On the 15th of May i logged a call. I was promised by Emmanel (the only person who did keep his promise to return my call) that someone would contact me to investigate the issue. Nothing for 2 weeks. Yesterday (3 June) I started calling MTN Technical Support (0839001212) 3 times a day to try and get a response. Each time they are unable to contact the responsible person (Ande) and that is just that. Sorry for me. This morning (4 June) I asked for this to be escalated to a supervisor. Nothing again. This is really poor service from MTN and considering that I have 8 contracts with them overall, I am rethinking my chosen service provider.
