I have been struggling with MTN technical support for almost 3 weeks now. I have an uncapped lite data contract with them and have been unable to connect to the network. I obviously am still being billed for a full month's subscription even though i have received very little service thus far.
They even went as far as saying my issue was resolved after I got an sms from them (while at work) and did not respond immediately.
I have been with them for more than 10 years without any major issues, but the past few months just has been the one problem after the other. I phoned the technical support centre on numerous occasions, and even contacted the complaints department, but no one seems keen to sort this out. I am truly at wit's end with MTN
