With my latest upgrade, my Top Up 200 contract, which I have had with MTN for almost 5 years was changed to an open contract without my knowledge or consent! It was with amazement that I got my latest Bill charging me R2 700 for just the last month.
I think it is a definite breach of contract! The service at the Mooirivier Mall branch is exceptionally bad! I would like an answer and an explanation because as a consumer I feel exploited!!
