Cell line changed to contract without my consent

My cellphone line has been migrated from prepaid to contract without my consent. i have not signed any documents or taken a phone with Nashua Mobile. On the 8th of March 2013 i spoke to Sibongile and explained to her that i am not interested on the contract deal, i also sent her an email. However few hours later after that conversation and email i received an sms showing that my cell line has migrated to contract. When i phone client services 0861412412 and spoke to Granville that same afternoon, he assured me that the matter was to be sorted the very same day to which that did not happen. I sent emails to Sibongile so that the matter can be attended to immediately, she wrote back to say she was not in the office. I telephoned the branch at 0315661787 on the 9th of March 2013 and after several times of trying i spoke to Preston, he had a bad attitude and did not want to assist me. Took down my number and said "i will call you when i get the time, am busy at the moment"
i am not going to be paying for a phone that i did not take and a contract that i don't want. This is absolutely unacceptable as i didn't sign for any documents to accept a contract deal.
