I called Cel C on the 1 June 2013 after realising they had not topped up my account neither have they loaded my data bundles. I was told the matter would be resolved with the technical support within 48 hours.
It's 4 days later and I have called in, I was told I would be contacted my a manger within the next hour! this did not happen. Out of desperation I call in again to get the matter settled, and I am told that it under INVESTIGATION! which has absolutely nothing to do with me. I use this phone for business and I cannot for any reason justify how in 4 days can I not be recharged with the rightful data/minutes/smses which I AM PAYING FOR!
I'm APPAULED that so called managers also can't manage to return calls. Yes, call volumes NOT being my problem - but service delivery.
Cel C make many service agreements that they cannot deliver on technically!
