Poor service at its best

On seeing that no data was loaded on to my account as per my contract of receiving 10gigs on the 1st of every month, I called in on the 1st of August to report my problem. The agent kept me holding on quite some time whilst he checked my data usage and confirmed that no data was used for the month of August. He suggested it was a technical problem and opened a case assuring me that I will receive a call from a technician within 24 hours and stating that the matter should be resolved within 72hours. After patiently waiting for some feedback, I eventually called in on the 6th August to find out what's going on-The manager then said it could be that I could no longer receive data in my area and he escalated the matter of an "irate" customer needing feedback asap. On obtaining no feedback once again, I sent through an email to receive a forwarded statement saying that I used up the data? It took 15 days to tell me I used up data which I was told was not done on the 1st!!! I once again emailed with this query and to no surprise, I have still not been contacted. How can such poor service levels be acceptable by one of the largest telecommunication company's? And they wanna take over more?
