I wrote to hello peter before about the incorrectly billing when it comes to my 2 blackberry phones the BIS was suppose to be free but I was billed for it AND Still am... Someone from mtn did respond to me and said they are looking in the matter kagiso was his name. I had hope that I was gonna b helped bt still no help am still being billed for bis .. Marko from cape town than called me to say that they will credit my acc But no credit yet. Please help what should I do must I take phones back or?
