I have started to process to get an 1mb/s uncapped line from mweb on the 27th of May 2013. To date mweb says my line is in working order and refers the matter to telkom, and telkom says the line is working also, but they do not communicate to each other on this matter. Every time I phone to get progress mweb refers me to the sales department and the sales department me to the technical department. I am so fed up with the service.
