I was incorrectly billed in May, queried it and after a WEEK did not even have a reply yet. Eventually through another issue, Paul Monare took ownership and resolved it. Why did I even have to escalate a simple billing query and why did the billing department not even respond?
So again I was incorrectly billed for June, and THREE days later and having mailed, Billing, Info and Hosting not a SINGLE reply. Its not MY error yet I have to continoulsy follow up but still get no responses. Either they work irregular hours or simply dont care, but three days to respond is simply not even industry minimum.
