Bad credit billing

On 24/8 settled remaining credit balance online and decided to close the account online. And was billed with ref close R credit.ok fine, but thought no billings for online self work. On the 27/8 billed again, now no ref shows and different from initial billing.called credit department and was told mistake and reversed. Enquired the 1st billing and was told need to call them first for settlement amount.questioned online balance what if reflect? was told overdue credit from previous purchases.correct me if wrong doesn't balance reflect the full outstanding amount including interest. Thought online help also comes at lower charges/free.getting billed 460 doesn't make sense online. Please explain or refund me.or is it how residual works?
