I recently applied for a cell phone contract with cell c for the iPhone 5 (white), the sales consultant, Mduduzi Zwane was an absolute pleasure to deal with and i thank him for that, however the incorrect hand set was delivered to me on Friday morning (31 May 2013) i immediately called the 084 145 number to have the phone changed to the one i ordered. i spoke to Jacqueline who assured me that she set the collection as a priority and will have the phone lifted by Monday (03/05/2013), when i called in today to enquire about the collection of the hand set i spoke to Warren (probably, the worst call center agent ever) as he couldn't be bothered about customer service or retention as he was not the most helpful i cancelled the contract and requested that they take the phone back... he didn't bat an eyelid and cancelled the contract! I mean if selling contracts is your business shouldn't your call center agents try to retain subscribers but at least pretending to help them??
Today's experience with CELL C was a sad one, cos i thought you were a great network! I have to reconsider that considering the people you have representing your company!
