Billed for a canceled Contract

In December 2012 I cancelled my expired 8ta internet 3 package at the North gate Branch and resubscribed with an Internet 5 Package. To Date I am still being billed for both packages.

I have logged several calls with the help desk regarding the Billing issues, they deny having received any cancellation, want to charge me a termination fee and refuse to consider a refund even though they confirmed that there has been no activity on the account since December.
