3G Connectivity after Upgrade

I upgraded to Smart100 from 1 June which was suppose to be active from 1 May, but due to some incompetancy at an 8ta store was changed to Saver1. This query was resolved on 3 May after speaking my mind in the shop.
Since the change on 1 June I am NOT able to connect via 3G to the internet / whatsapp but can connect via WIFI. I am using a Nokia Lumia 610, swopped back to my Nokia E72. I can see the broken connection/arrows as the phone is trying to connect. After various simswops, - 50 calls to 8ta, 5 visits to 8ta shops I am convinced that my profile was "broken" and have asked for it to be recreated, but am told it's not possible. I have asked to be put through to the complaints dept. or a manager, no luck. Nobody is able to assist and it seems that the people are unknowledgable of their own products and systems. I am considering cancelling my contract and it's a pitty as I really raved about the products, but why must I pay for something that does not work.
