Deceiptful information given when renewing contrac

I renewed my cellphone contract, but did not want BIS as I use that on my work phone. The lady assured me we can take off BIS once the contract is through. The next day she informed me they can "unfortunately" not take off BIS. That makes a difference of R1, 200 for the 24month contract! They said they will get back to me in 24hours, they will try to change the contract. This was 4 WEEKS ago! Everytime I phone to enquire, she tells me that "they are doing you a favour to look into this matter, so give them time". They are NOT doing me a favour, as it is because SHE has given me the wrong information, that is why I am in this situation. She did not know her products, and now they are doing ME a favour to rectify HER mistake! This is ridiculous, and they still haven't got back to me, and we have already been billed for this new contract. Last contract I ever take out with Autopage!
