Call Blocking

I called Vodacom to have a number blocked because of someone who is harassing me with excessive calls and messages and was informed that they cannot block a particular number (only ALL incoming/outgoing calls). This is unacceptable as this makes Vodacom a third party as a channel for harassment with no recourse. I do not for a second believe that it "can't be done", but rather that they won't.
