I have tried changing my debit order date from April 2013 till date. Some cancelled my debit order date instead of changing it from the 27th of each month to the 1st of each month. Every month I get annoying phone calls stating that I have not paid. Every month the consultants promise me that my debit order has been re-instated. In May R890 was taken instead of R550 because I have changed my debid order date. How can you take R890 for something that clearly was never done.
Please can some-one with some brain cells contact me urgently before 5pm today (03/07/2013) & have it sorted or else I am closing my bank account tomorrow. (04/07/2013)
