I take this moment to commend and compliment OpenWeb on their service as they respond within an hour of logging a ticket no matter what time of day it is. This is now the second time that I have logged a fault after business hours - 20:00 to be exact - and within an hour they have contacted me. Another hour later and my call has been resolved. I want to thank openWeb for giving me more than my money's worth in great service.
