CellC Overall Service Delivery Failures

In the last year, my Blackberry has been in 4 times for repairs. I had to do about 5 sim swaps, due to being commited in CellC stores on eligal sim swaps. (Not even in my area) Every now and again my mesaging will not go through, because... no one can tell me! which causes me to have to reboot the phone approx. 6 times a day.
Then we dont even have to talk about calls being dropped! just last night I phoned cell C customer care 4 times just to try get my phone up and running, as I just got it back yesterday from repairs again.
This is rediculous! The inconvenience, the petrol driving up and down, and all the time waisted on Cell C is so wasted. At this point in time I am really changing my service provider as soon as my contract is finished.
