Incompetency again

Received my June bill and now just got billed for another phone number which I won't know whom it belongs to. Even if you phone the no it does not ring. Then my invoice again shows that I am in Arrears 60 days with an amount which was already paid. So again I have to mail them with proof of everything. This is after my complaint on Hellopeter last month for been cut off although my bill was paid. I had to wait more than 48 hours to be connected again and was told that it was a network error. Bull Sh#$$%$. IT IS INCOMPETENT PEOPLE WE ARE WORKING WITH.

And this is after Najma Moosa assured me that all will be sorted. She did also not bother to return my mails. I have sent it twice and twice I have received notification that it was read. It shows you their commitment and customer care and skills.
