SMS FALSELY SENT - Re Account - 639900780677

On 24.05.2013, I received two sms from VVM, to whom Telkom handed my account over, with same content stating that I have to pay an amount of 12 x R94.86, first payment due 30.05.2013 to pay off telkom account.By that time I made a payment of R500.00 on the Telkom Account. Firstly, Telkom did not even have the decency to advise of this hand over, secondly after three months of no internet and ADSL service, fighting with Telkom to fix, so many reference no.'s, they have the audacity to suspend my account. Now VVM on the other hand sends that sms and then calls to tell me that they made a mistake sending sms to me... I have to pay Telkom in full and final settlement, the balance of R1138.00. No arrangement made or anything. Now they can take me to court and I don't know the law term of what they have done but don't demand or threaten me, so that sms can be shown.
