No communication made by Telkom

I have cancelled my Telkom account as of the 01.07.13 and was gonna two payment to settle the account one was made on the 01.07.13 and the other was to be made this coming Monday the last communication that I have had from Telkom was on the 09.07.13 no communication after that.yesterday the 20.08.13 I receive a sms from Dali Mantlana Incorp with a ref no. to call them when I did eventually get through I was greeted by a very rude person which I asked what is this sms in connection with he now states that my original settlement fee of this account which is R405.80 has now gone to R591.37=R185.57 more that the original bill.when I asked to make two paymets as the bill had gone up by R185.57 I was told "am I going to pay or not " when what I was trying to do was make the nessary arrangements. I have now tried to contact Telkom which keep putting me through to their legal department which seem to keep cutting my call. I am willing to settle this account but not for R185.57 more. Telkom has so many call centres yet none to call you about an outstanding account and hand you over an attorney instead. I rather keep using my neotel ph never Telkom again.8ta contracts will be cancelled as well!
