I am utterly disgusted by Vodacom and its terrible service if you can even call what they provide service. Since October 2012 we have been having trouble in our area with 3G connection and cellphone signal. They couldnt fix the issue, so we asked them to cancel the service. They said they will need to send someone out to prove that this is indeed an actual problem, and to date no one has arrived. Now we get harassed with phone calls if we dont pay the account or when its a day late but what are we paying for? We dont get the service we wanted and cant use the 3G or the cellphones properly but we get threatened to pay. Vodacom should change their motto to dont care for consumers.
