Cancellation of my contract with cell c

I have never received such a bad Service from the Cellphone company like Cell C, In February I placed an order for Micro Sim Card, they delivered the wrong sim card on the 12th of Feb 203. I phoned their offices to request the correct one it was then delivered on the 14th of Feb 2013. The contract I had with Cell C is R99.00 per month for 2gb. Apparetly they have been sending me invoice and they are claiming that I took a contract for R245.00 pm for 2GB. I have been calling since february the answer that I always get is that they are still busy investigating. It is so strange that they have disconnected my internet connect wherelse they still send monthly statement showing that Im suppose to pay R249.00 pm to them. Now the bill is about R1000.00 and I have only used their sim card for only one month. This is not acceptable. I have spoken to Ntombi, Nomsa, Itumeleng who is working on contract department he promised to call me back it was on the 18th March 2013 @ 10:59. I called again and I spoke to Mandla who work @ postage Department he also promised that he is going to assist me and will call me back till today im still waiting. ref no for one of the calls is 3031802990 Elroyd wa
