1 contract - 2Yrs - 3 broken phones - many problem

I have had a Vodacom contract for about 10 years, I spend R12K a year on Vodacom. The previous time I upgraded they told me that I could upgrade long before my upgrade date&ofcourse I accepted. The problem now is that my contract is not ready for renewal but my phone is older than 2 years so it is not in warranty anymore. So now I sit paying R1000 a month with a broken phone. When my contract expires I'll be giving it to some1 rather as Vodacom obviously does not care about their clients. I went to Vodaworld about this and besides having to wait for eons for service, I get called to counter2by their little flashing machine, only to see another client at counter2. So while I wait, lady at counter3 just stares at me. When she finally gets told to help me, she takes another 45min to figure out that the warranty has "expired". I argue over this & as luck should have it, all of Vodaworlds management are nowhere to be found or atleast that what lady at counter 3 and most floor staff tell me anyways. MTN here I come. I really cannot wait to leave Vodacom, worst company ever!!!
