I have a cell c number 0849893050 which i pay via eft and hardly use the phone. This phone has been off for the past few months even though payment is made on a monthly basis as I have an alternate number which I use. To my dismay, when i switched the phone on yesterday, I tried to make a call but was advised that the phone was blocked. WHen i called Cell C, i was faced with a rude and abrupt call centre agent advising that I did not pay the - R175 for this month and only paid R100 thus not paying for the sms bundles. I never called Cell C for months prior to that, nor did i ever select any bundles. I would like proof of such a request. Now this is affecting my credit rating with ITC, I now have no phone and I have a small baby at home. I would like my account rectified, cleared of all interest and a letter of apology and correction sent to me as this is not acceptable. Failing which, I will take the mater to my attorney.
