Mood turned downside UP :)

I was holding on for an hour to speak to one of the consults and I became irate, listening to the 3 songs being repeated and I sent an email stressing my unhappiness. I then called again and Warren answered my call, I told him that I was holding on for an hour, he then apologised and informed me of the high call volumes. I instantly calmed down, he helped me step by step and called me back to assist me with my query. Thank you for the excellence service, I will definitely talk about you to my colleagues as I am employed in Customer Services as well. You have, indeed left a positive, lasting impression. Continue shifting the lives of our people and it shall be rewarding. Bless :)
