8ta... a provider of disappointment

On 31/05/13 i was woken up to find that my debt order went threw with a amount of R3109.07! Later i phoned threw to ask what was my amount due for May and the lady informed me it was R989.82 as is what i was expecting. I told her my problem and that's when everything went wrong again, i was given the run around to the point that i demanded to speak to there Team leader. I was told that the backout was added and they didn't up date there system. I asked them if they could give me a letter to take to my bank and have it refunded. I was told by the Durban Team leader that he couldn't do that! someone would get hold of me and then the money would be refunded back to me in 7 days!.I explained to the Team leader that i cant afford to wait 7 days, i have other debt orders going threw.and i'm still waiting for the Joburg team leader to get back to me over another incident that happened almost a month ago! You very quick to cut someones phone line, over debit. when its your turn to fix a problem .all we get is 'please hold", if u look at my bill history you will see i have paid you thousands of Rands!.Why should i renew my contract?.
