Poor service and system issues

Hi,

On saturday 01/06, I went to Telkom Mobile in Sandton to apply for a 24 Month Contract on DataPlans.

All my forms filled in, and documentation were given to the consultant, who assisted me with no issues.
After everything were ready to go, they wanted to ask me 5 questions on my History to verify who I am.

The questions were absurd, and bare no relevant's to me. The consultants refused to have me take out a Contract, and said they will consult their Head Office, and come back to me COB 01/06.

Sunday afternoon I contacted them, and they took my ID number to verify on the system, he never phoned back. Few hours after that I phoned back, and the consultant who assisted me on 01/06 told me he will phone his head office and come back to me COB 02/06

This is getting ridiculous, I went for a full credit check a month ago, and verified their is no one using my ID..
