Congratulations, you have just secured my loyalty for any further product buying in the future. To receive a call and offered a better package at no additional cost, while also recognising your exact needs given my expenditure on my contract account over the past 3 months and probably longer. Now that is service and tailor made to my needs. I think many companies can learn from that. I'll be saving near to R500 a month on my new contract package. To know my best interests are at heart and I'm getting value and not being exploited, that is where ICASA should be awarding you for best practice. I've already spread the word on what you've done. Love that kind of service, please keep it up. I can't praise you enough for what you've done.
