I had my credit card changed and informed the Altech Midrand branch way before the bill run. I enquired about ensuring that this will not be delayed. They promised that it will not. needless to say this was not done. I only realised this when I received an SMS "011-6504124 Dear Autopage Client we have no record of payment. To avoid full suspension please pay R253.5 immediately Absa Acc 4053721108 Br. 537155 Ref 726961146" I called their call centre and gave them a peace of my mind and thought that I sorted it out. Alas, it was not! Eventually I spoke to Collin Appolis who promiced me that I will not be charged this recoonect fee. Nuff said... I am dissatisfied! I WANT THE RECONNECT FEE TO DISSAPEAR! I will definately not refer anyone to you and will discourage friends and family form supporting you.
