LINE SUSPENSION

For the most part of my contract with Autopage I have been making regular payment on the 27th of the month via EFT. Due to their request I started making payments on the 15th to avoid constant automated line suspension.
This month I am unable to make the full payment of R1200 of the account and therefore made an arrangement with Baliseng in credit control to pay the amount on the 27th. My line was suspended again on the 17th May 2013 as a result of the automatic suspension (which Im used to). I spoke to Josslyn as I requested to speak to supervisor in this regard as I found it horrific that I was transferred about 8 times before I got through to credit control. I was met with a very bad attitude by Josslyn, however I let it slide and asked her to open the line for me which she did. Today my line is locked once again and I phone in to request to speak to her and again BAD ATTITUDE to a client who gives her company R24 000 over 24months. I will be cancelling my contract with this establishment and will share my bad experience with family and friends. I do not have a good thing to say about Autopage unfortunately. I am disgusted by the service considering I sold your product at SellDirect
