Vodacom taking my hard earned cash

I have a vodacom account i took out about a year and a half or so, first few months i was billed according to my contract that i took out, it was a blackberry contract. About 8 months ago my bill was changed from R300 odd to well over R600 a month, i did not take much notice of it, 2 months ago i was charged R900 and last month i was charged R1900, this is ridiculous. I then queried this and then their technical support assessed the situation and came back to me 2 weeks later saying they will reimburse me with R900 or so, i then sent e mail reply back saying i am not satisfied with their offer and they should revise, they said the reason why i was billed so much was because of data... i say that is bull dust, since when do you get charged for data on a blackberry plan i pay R60 extra each month, it does not say you have a limit on what you download, if there is excessive downloading they should throttle the account to eliminate that, don't charge me thousands of rands extra because your company does not communicate with the client, i am really upset and i want MY MONEY BACK, i don't want data, data does not feed my child!!! no one has responded since last week Friday, not impressed
