I have had absolutely NO HELP from you, regarding the connection in the area i am in.
Reference/Case Numbers:
(5293995) 10th May,
(5986775) 21st May,
Hellopeter complaint 14th May.
NO ONE has done anything.
According to Customer Service it takes 72 hours, we are 9 days later which makes it 216 hours.
I dont have any internet connection after 18h00, when obvious your towers are overloaded.
At this very moment I have to use a Vodacom simcard (working perfectly) running download speeds 7231mbps to complain or get ANY reaction from you. Speedtest.net cant even find server with youre simcard
I am paying for a service I don't get, and I see it as:
Breach of Contract, specifically under:
Agreement Terms and Conditions nr2 :"... 8ta has agreed to provide you with selected services..."
Please advise on how to solve this problem, and if you can't which is the current case, what am I supposed to do?
