Dear 8ta, I was sol a 8ta simcard from the Key West Store in Krugersdorp, after the salesman checked reception in my area. It worked excellent for the first 3 weeks. Now, 2 months later into the contract, I am lucky if I get a html website to open.
I report this reception problem to the 081180 number, CASE REF5293995 was given. Rep came out, test the PC, Router and Sim. All in order. Speedtest not more than 1024Dwnload 1200Upload. After 18h00, absolutely NO RECEPTION!!!
Rep told me the fault was with the Cellphone Tower. After a week, I still dont have reception. Called the Customer Service again. Told me previous case was logged as solved. New Reference5986775.
I am paying a contract I cannot use. 8ta is breaching this contract, as a service provider. I am a paying customer. Please advise.
