I received a call from a woman named chantell (Im not completely sure if that was her name but she was an indian woman) this morning at 8:30 to ask me if my mother was with me. When i told her no, she asked me to pass on a message. I asked her what it was in connection with and she told me they had lost her details. then she gives me a number which was incorrect and tells me to give it to my mother or get my mother"s details and she'll call me back This really annoyed me as apart from disturbing me on a sat morn, she thinks im her secretary who should be pasings on information for her and the best part about it is that i do not live with my mother, nor am I a contact person for any of my mother's accounts therefore ican only assume she is indulging in unethical procedures of retrieving my details without my consent. Which is an invasion of privacy especially since I always tick off the, "Do not issue my details to telemarketers" option. In addition to this when i do reprimand her poor conduct and tell her i intend on reporting this, she still has teh audacity to tell me to do it. If this is what Mr Price HR teaches their staff, its pathetic in every degree!
